Halloween Party On October 30th, the ALC-Tangier held its 3rd Annual Halloween Party. Ghosts, goblins, skeletons and witches roamed the Center as they trick-or-treated from class to class. There was apple bobbing, a treasure hunt and other Halloween games galore. Some students painted their faces to become monsters and others wore hideous masks that terrified everybody present. The main event was a jack-o’-lantern (illuminated pumpkin) carving competition; there were also prizes for students who could make scary screams and sounds. Many thanks to everyone (teachers Anisa Sahebdeen, Linda Van Pelt, El Farse Jamila and students) for the best Halloween Party ever at the ALC. |
